About Highland Meat

cover.gif Highland meat is known for its low fat and low cholesterol levels. We raise our meat with no growth hormones, implants etc. Steers are fed grain for the last 90 days to provide even marbling of the meat. It is government inspected, hung for 14 to 21 days for the best tender meat we can sell. It is then cut and wrapped as per customer's desire.

We sell the meat in mixed quarters or halves and also have pepperettes or all beef sausages to sell.
